Said lots and unplatted tract form one tract beginning on the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road 115 feet southwest of the intersection of the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road with the southwest line of Conner Lane (unopened), thence southwest 701.43 feet with Gunbarrel Road, thence northwest some 184.49 feet, thence northwest some 84.5 feet to the southeast line of lot 3, Hamilton Crossing, as shown by plat of record in plat book 40, page 158, ROHC, thence northeast some 595.49 feet with the southeast line of said lot 3, and continuing with the southeast line of revised lot 1, Hamilton Crossing, as shown by plat of record in plat book 43, page 9, ROHC, thence northwest some 106.66 feet with the northeast line of said revised lot 1 to the southwest corner of lot 35, Hamilton Place Commercial Complex, as shown by plat of record in plat book 46, page 78, ROHC, thence southeast 301.44 feet with the southwest line of said lot 35 to the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road, the point of beginning.
